Connection & backend
If the API host is cold, the first request can take tens of seconds. Retry, wait, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Can’t sign in
Check email typing, password case, and unconfirmed email after sign-up. Use the auth provider’s password reset flow if available.
Image generation failed
Failure can happen due to content policy, rate limits, timeouts, or insufficient points. Soften the prompt, retry later, or switch networks. If points are still consumed on failure, see on-screen and Terms text.
