What are points?
In-app premium currency used for gifts and some generations. Follow the billing screen for balance and purchase flow.
Payment methods
Payments go through the provider shown at checkout (e.g. via Stripe). Available methods are shown on the purchase screen. Legal/commercial notices are on the “Specified Commercial Transaction” page.
Refunds & cancellation
Digital goods may be non-refundable in principle, with exceptions where required by law. See the Terms and legal pages.
If something looks wrong
If you suspect double charging or a clear error, keep screenshots and contact support if available. See commercial/legal pages for business contact details.
